1 Merchant & Business Identification

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the App Store Pro platform, web applications, single sign-on (SSO) authentication services, and digital marketplace operated by MagicApp Store LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing our marketplace, registering an account, or purchasing any software license or subscription plan, you ("User", "Customer", or "Licensee") agree to be bound by all terms outlined herein.

2 Services Provided & Digital Software Licensing

App Store Pro operates a digital platform providing users with access to software-as-a-service (SaaS) web applications, photo editing utilities, uptime monitoring services, site live checkers, cloud storage tools, and budget management applications.

• License Scope: Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the specified software applications according to the tier purchased.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Your account provides unified authentication access across all authorized applications linked within the App Store Pro store.
• No Physical Goods: All products offered on this platform are 100% digital software services. No tangible physical items are manufactured or shipped.

3 Account Registration & Security

To purchase or launch applications, you must create a verified customer account. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• All information provided during registration (including full name and email address) is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4 Pricing, Payments & Currency Disclosures

All prices listed on App Store Pro are clearly displayed prior to final order confirmation at checkout.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized digital payment gateways (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
• Currency: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) or the primary currency indicated during payment submission.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable local, state, sales, value-added (VAT), or consumption taxes assessed on your purchase.
• PCI-DSS Security: All credit card details are transmitted directly via SSL/TLS encryption to our bank-grade, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full payment card numbers on our local servers.

5 Immediate Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment details:

• Access Credentials: Upon payment completion, software access is activated automatically in your User Dashboard.
• Email Confirmation: A payment receipt and subscription activation confirmation are emailed to your registered email address right after checkout.
• Zero Shipping Fees: As all products are digital, no shipping, handling, or customs charges apply.

6 Refund, Return & Subscription Cancellation Policy

We strive for complete satisfaction with all software services provided through App Store Pro.

• Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order reference number and account email.
• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card / debit card) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel any recurring subscription plan at any time through your Account Dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future recurring billing immediately, while leaving your active access valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

7 Merchant of Record & Chargeback Prevention

MagicApp Store LLC acts as the official Merchant of Record for all billing transactions occurring on App Store Pro.

• Billing Descriptor: Charges on your credit card or bank statement will typically appear as AppStorePro or MagicAppStoreLLC.
• Dispute Resolution: If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (800) 555-0199 before contacting your bank or filing a payment dispute. We resolve billing inquiries promptly and amicably.

8 Intellectual Property & Prohibited Conduct

All software, brand logos, code base, graphics, interfaces, and content available on App Store Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of MagicApp Store LLC or its licensed app partners.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on any software accessible through the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute access credentials or software licenses to unauthorized third parties.
• Use automated bots, web scrapers, or malicious code that compromises platform performance or security.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagicApp Store LLC provides all services and software on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall MagicApp Store LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business continuity) arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

10 Governing Law, Amendments & Support Contact

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
